Low Carb Tortilla Roll Ups

Low Carb Wraps are my go-to for a quick and easy lunch, dinner or snack. Plus I love that there are so many different flavor possibilities.

This version includes pastrami, shredded cabbage and pepperoncinis. The pastrami is a nice change from the basic turkey or ham. I always have a bag of tri color coleslaw blend because it is convenient and has so many uses. And, pepperoncinis add so much flavor and pep!

Ingredients Needed For Low Carb Pastrami Roll Ups (screenshot for grocery list)

  • Low Carb Tortillas
  • Cream Cheese
  • Mustard
  • Tri Color Shredded Coleslaw Blend
  • Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • Sliced Pepperoncinis
  • Sliced Pastrami

How To Make Low Carb Tortilla Rolls

  1. Let tortillas and cream cheese come to room temp for easier spreading.
  2. Lay tortillas flat. Smear the cream cheese evenly down the middle of tortillas. Add a squirt of yellow mustard.
  3. Layer cabbage, shredded cheese, pepperoncinis and pastrami.
  4. Roll tightly, add a smear of cream cheese to edge of tortilla to keep it rolled in place.
  5. Eat as is or slice into roll-ups.

Can You Eat Wraps On Keto

Yes, as long as you use the low carb tortillas. The great thing is that more and more grocery stores are offering low carb options. I use the Mission Carb Balance flour tortillas.

Then it’s just about layering your favorite ingredients. Cream cheese, lunchmeat, greens, cheese and whatever else you want to add as long as it’s low carb.

  • 2 Low Carb Flour Tortillas
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • Mustard
  • 1 Cup Tri Color Shredded Coleslaw Blend
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Pepperoncinis
  • 4 Slices Deli Pastrami

Instructions

    1. Let tortillas and cream cheese come to room temp for easier spreading.
