Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels
Wraps are my go-to easy meal. There are so many variations and flavor combos to keep things interesting. So far we’ve made Pastrami Wraps, Turkey Bacon Ranch Pinwheels and now Buffalo Chicken Wraps.
These wraps are filled with Buffalo sauce cream cheese, chicken, blue cheese, celery and cabbage. Thank goodness for low carb tortillas to wrap it all up.
Ingredients Needed For Buffalo Chicken Roll-Ups (screenshot for grocery list)
- Low Carb Tortillas
- Cream Cheese
- Buffalo Sauce
- Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Celery
- Shredded Cooked Chicken
- Shredded Coleslaw Blend or Greens
How To Make Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Wraps
- Mix cream cheese and buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Spread mixture on tortillas.
- Top with blue cheese, celery, chicken and cabbage.
- Roll up tight. Slice and serve.
