Italian Garlic Cream Cheese Dip Recipe is a fantastic low carb Keto friendly appetizer. This hot cheesy dip is great for parties, holidays and game-day.

Low Carb Hot Cheese Dip

This dip recipe is great because it takes just a handful of simple ingredients and about 20 minutes to prepare. Not only is this dip super tasty but it is low carb and Keto friendly.

This is one of those ooey-gooey melty cheesy dips. If you want a little less cheese stretch just decrease the amount of mozzarella.

  • Cream Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic
  • Dried Italian Seasoning
  • Shredded Mozzarella

How To Make Low Carb Hot Cheese Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic and Italian seasoning with hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Stir in shredded cheese.
  4. Transfer mixture to 1 quart oven safe dish. Top with additional shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes. Broil on high 2-3 minutes to brown top.
  6. Top with chopped parsley. Serve hot.

 

What To Serve With Low Carb Dip

Stores now have low carb cracker options. Other low carb dipper options are celery, pork rinds, cheese crisps and peppers.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese - softened
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1-2 Garlic Cloves - grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375ºF
    2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic and Italian seasoning with hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.
    3. Stir in shredded cheese.
    4. Transfer mixture to 1 quart oven safe dish. Top with additional shredded cheese.

Notes

If you want a little less cheese stretch just decrease the amount of mozzarella.

Salt and pepper to taste. I typically do not add salt beacuse the cheese is salty.
