Low Carb Hot Cheese Dip
This dip recipe is great because it takes just a handful of simple ingredients and about 20 minutes to prepare. Not only is this dip super tasty but it is low carb and Keto friendly.
This is one of those ooey-gooey melty cheesy dips. If you want a little less cheese stretch just decrease the amount of mozzarella.

- Cream Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Mayonnaise
- Garlic
- Dried Italian Seasoning
- Shredded Mozzarella
How To Make Low Carb Hot Cheese Dip
- Preheat oven to 375ºF
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic and Italian seasoning with hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in shredded cheese.
- Transfer mixture to 1 quart oven safe dish. Top with additional shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Broil on high 2-3 minutes to brown top.
- Top with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
